Returns, Refunds & Warranty
We stand behind every Solo 2. If something isn't right we will make it right.
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Solo 2. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Must be in original packaging
- Receipt or proof of purchase required
To start a return contact us at [email protected]. Do not send items back without first requesting a return — unrequested returns will not be accepted. Once your return is approved we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
6-Month Warranty
Every Solo 2 is covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. If your device fails due to a manufacturing defect within this period we will replace it at no cost to you.
The warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Hardware failures under normal use
- Capacitive touch sensor failure
- USB connector failure under normal use
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage caused by misuse or accidents
- Water damage
- Unauthorized modifications to hardware or firmware
- Normal wear and tear
To make a warranty claim contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. We may ask for photos or additional information to evaluate the claim.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order once the return is approved. If your item is defective or damaged within the warranty period we will replace it directly at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items not in original condition
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you of approval or rejection within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Item must be unused, in original condition and original packaging with proof of purchase.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For items over $75 we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
